CONFERENCE
Hey!
Welcome to “A Day Beyond the Green 2025”
Over 3 days we will go “Beyond the Green”, taking the time to work on our business together.
It will be an interactive & informal event with a mix of both business and fun. Our focus will be to provide you, as part of our X-Golf Family, the knowledge, tools and support to make your business even better.
You will meet other franchise partners, get to know the HQ Team, participate in workshops, and gather valuable business insights, as well as learn about the future direction of X-Golf and Hey Caddy.
The Conference will run over three days from 7th – 9th May in the Yarra Valley, VIC.
DAY ONE
There will be a bus at Melbourne Airport at 9.30am to transport you to Balgownie Estate Winery in the Yarra Valley. The trip will take approximately one hour.
On arrival you can check in and drop your bags.

DAY TWO
We will enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast before commencing a morning of learnings & workshops.
Afternoon activities to be confirmed.
DAY THREE
After another awesome breakfast, we will get together for our final day of workshops.
The conference will conclude with lunch together and then a bus will transport you to Melbourne Airport, departing at 2:15pm.
The Conference will officially end at 1:00pm on Friday 9th May.

Today we will gather to participate in workshops & updates to continue our growth as a family. These will run in two groups simultaneously, one in the ............ & one in the ............................

Dinner at Drinks
Now for some fun! Our golfers will meet in the carpark to head to ............. You have been put into groups & will travel with them. You will enjoy a delicious, boxed chef's lunch on the way.
Those on the Winery Tour will enjoy a delicious lunch at Balgownie before boarding the bus & touring the Yarra Valley, stopping in at 2 Wineries to have a tasting.
We will all meet up at Balgownie to enjoy dinner & drinks together.

WHEN IN MELBOURNE
TRANSPORTATION
If you wish to drive yourself to Balgownie Estate, you can organise car hire from Melbourne Airport. The drive is approximately 1 hour. There will also be a bus pick up at the airport on Wednesday morning at 9:30am which will transfer you to Balgownie. On Friday, it will do the return trip.
