CONFERENCE
Hey!
Welcome to “A Day Beyond the Green 2024”
Over 3 days we will go “Beyond the Green”, taking the time to work on our business together.
It will be an interactive & informal event with a mix of both business and fun. Our focus will be to provide you, as part of our X-Golf Family, the knowledge, tools and support to make your business even better.
You will meet other franchise partners, get to know the HQ Team, participate in workshops, and gather valuable business insights, as well as learn about the future direction of X-Golf and Hey Caddy.
The Conference will run over three days from 6th – 8th March in the Yarra Valley, VIC.
DAY ONE
There will be a bus at Melbourne Airport at 9.30am to transport you to Balgownie Estate Winery in the Yarra Valley. The trip will take approximately one hour.
On arrival you can check in and drop your bags.
We will then spend the day enjoying a mix of activities, including hearing from Golf Australia & delicious catering.
You will have some free time to check out the property, freshen and get ready for our Awards Evening.
The Awards Night will be held at the Winery.

DAY TWO
We will enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast before commencing a morning of learnings & workshops.
In the afternoon, you will have the choice of playing 9 holes at Yering Meadows or sampling some of the Yarra Valley's finest during a Winery Tour. Later in the afternoon, we will all meet up for a drink and dinner together. Transport has been arranged back to the Winery.
DAY THREE
After another awesome breakfast, we will get together for our final day of workshops.
The conference will conclude with lunch together and then a bus will transport you to Melbourne Airport, departing at 2:15pm.
The Conference will officially end at 1:00pm on Friday 8th March.

Awards Dinner
Meet & travel to the Winery together with your Franchise Partners. You will arrive at approx 10:30 to check in, get settled and familiarise yourself with your surroundings.
Gather in the Melba Room, settle in, have a laugh in a 'get to know you' activity, hear from Golf Australia about what's new & be updated by the X-Golf Exec Team.
Meet on the beautiful deck outside the restaurant to have a drink, chat and enjoy your surroundings.
We will be indulged with all of the offerings from the Balgownie Estate while we celebrate each other's achievements for 2023.

After a delicious buffet breakfast, we will meet in the Melba Room where the day's agenda will be explained before beginning the workshops.
Today we will gather to participate in workshops & updates to continue our growth as a family. These will run in two groups simultaneously, one in the Melba Room & one in the marquee.

Dinner at Drinks
Now for some fun! Our golfers will meet in the carpark to head to Yering Meadows. You have been put into groups & will travel with them. You will enjoy a delicious, boxed chef's lunch on the way.
Those on the Winery Tour will enjoy a delicious lunch at Balgownie before boarding the bus & touring the Yarra Valley, stopping in at 2 Wineries to have a tasting.
We will all meet up to enjoy dinner & drinks at Matilda Bay Brewery in Healesville, before heading back to the Winery for a good nights sleep.

WHEN IN MELBOURNE
TRANSPORTATION
If you wish to drive yourself to Balgownie Estate, you can organise car hire from Melbourne Airport. The drive is approximately 1 hour. There will also be a bus pick up at the airport on Wednesday morning at 9:30am which will transfer you to Balgownie. On Friday, it will do the return trip.
